Friday night here and my fellow boot campers will have already completed their Saturday morning 1:30 hour session, my session not as long;

10 mins on treadmill (1.06 miles)
1 minute reset
30 seconds each of the following exercises
  • left foot step ups
  • right foot step ups
  • dips
  • push ups
  • crunches
  • plank
  • burpees
  • high knees
  • hop drops
  • squats
1 minute reset (repeat exercise set)
15 minutes on treadmil ( lost distance)
