Boot camp Session 4

First full outdoor session and first 1.5 hour session. Sunday morning and yes I'm sore, although to be honest if you asked me yesterday I thought I would have been worse, but there is always tomorrow :-)

By far the toughest session thus far with a far amount of running which with my own run on Friday morning means I've clocked up just over 10km's in the last two days.

So last Food Diary was Thursday so lets update the last 2 days , Friday was just a bad food day & last nights dinner definitely not the norm but what happen's after an expectedly long day with my employer.

22/10 (Friday)

1 Large glass water

Breakfast
  • 2 Vita brits sultanas & All-Bran skin milk
  • Crumpet with honey
  • 1/2 Juice
  • Cafe Latte
Snack
  • low fat yoghurt
  • Banana
  • Large glass water

Lunch
  • 2 x wholemeal Ham and Salad rolls ( no spreads)
  • 1/2 custard bun
  • 1 glass Mineral water

Snack
  • 2 x Apple
  • 1/2 custard bun
  • Banana smoothie

Dinner
  • 3/4 Large Pizza
  • 3 slices Garlic bread
  • 2 x glass lime cordial


23/10 (Saturday)
1/2 Banana
2 glasses water
Breakfast
  • 2 Vita brits sultanas & All-Bran skin milk
  • Crumpet with honey
  • 1/2 Juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • Boiled Egg
  • Glass water
Snack
  • Cafe Latte
  • Apple
  • 1 Liter water bottle across the day

Lunch
  • 2 x wholemeal Ham cucumber and tomato rolls
  • 1 glass water
  • Apple

Snack
  • 2 x Banana
  • 1/4 leftover pizza
  • Boiled egg

Dinner
  • 2 x toasted ham and cheese sandwiches
  • glass milk
  • 2 x rye cruskits with peanut butter and honey
