Some perhaps useful information to go with what is essentially navel gazing on my part here is a hand Kilojoule and Nutrient Calculator, and some tips for weight loss.
So Mondays meal
Breakfast
- 2 Vita brits sultanas & All-Bran skin milk
- Crumpet with honey
- 1/2 Juice
- 1 Large glass water
Snack
- Cafe Latte
- low fat yogurt
- Apple
Lunch
- Sushi
- 500ml water
- WW fruits of the forest bar
Snack
- Apple
- Slimmers small Smoothie
- 2 x thin rice cakes
Dinner
- Tuna Loaf peas & carrots
