Some perhaps useful information to go with what is essentially navel gazing on my part here is a hand Kilojoule and Nutrient Calculator, and some tips for weight loss.

So Mondays meal

Breakfast
  • 2 Vita brits sultanas & All-Bran skin milk
  • Crumpet with honey
  • 1/2 Juice
  • 1 Large glass water
Snack
  • Cafe Latte
  • low fat yogurt
  • Apple
Lunch
  • Sushi
  • 500ml water
  • WW fruits of the forest bar
Snack
  • Apple
  • Slimmers small Smoothie
  • 2 x thin rice cakes

Dinner
  • Tuna Loaf peas & carrots
